1. Identification
From the 14th December 2007 new identification rules apply to all casinos in the UK. Please
help us to both comply with the law and protect your identity.
These rules mean that we need to know who you are. You can easily prove your identity with a number of different official documents, like a valid passport or driving licence, or we may check your identity with an independent fraud prevention agency. We will also take your photograph to make things easier the next time you visit.
Please note that you must be over 18 years of age to visit the casino.
You need only to prove who you are on your first visit and the whole process should be completed in a few minutes.
If you have previously produced ID which no longer meets the legal requirements, you will be helped by a member of our reception staff to verify your identity.
This new process applies to all customers at this casino. It will no longer be possible for any person to be simply signed in without producing suitable identification. Suitable forms of identification are shown below:
Any government issued form of photo ID such as a valid passport, a valid photo card driving licence, or a valid National Identity Card (non-UK Nationals only), or alternatively if you cannot provide one of these we may be able to accept a government issued document without a photograph provided it is supported by a second item of official form of correspondence containing your name and address and/or date of birth such as a utility bill or bank statement (but not any that are printed from the internet and not more then three months old). Please note that we do not accept mobile phone statements of any sort.
Please note that we are not able to accept credit or debit cards as a form of identification on their own.
Reception staff will be happy to advise you of suitable forms of ID if the above guidelines are unclear.
Management reserves the right to permit entry or refuse admission.
We hope these new arrangements make enjoying our casino even easier for you.
2. Site Content
The materials made available in this site, including materials in linked sites directly
or indirectly accessible from this site, are provided "as is" without warranties of any
kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to all implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do

offensive, or other harmful matter. You assume the entire cost of any necessary service,
repair, or correction. This site may also include publications with technical inaccuracies
or typographical errors that will be corrected as they are discovered at London Clubs
International's sole discretion. In addition, from time to time changes are made to the
information contained in the printed versions of such publications. These corrections
and changes may be incorporated into this site at an earlier or later date.

The materials that can be accessed from linked sites are not maintained by us and we
are not responsible for the contents thereof. Any reference to a linked site or any
specific third party product or service by name does not constitute or imply its endorsement
by us, and you assume all risk with respect to its use.

Under no circumstances shall we, nor our affiliates, staff, agents or suppliers, be
liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental,
special, punitive, consequential, or other damages (including without limitation lost
profits, lost revenues, or similar economic loss), whether in contract, tort, or
otherwise, arising out of the use or inability to use the materials available in
this site or any linked site, even if we are advised of the possibility thereof, nor
for any claim by a third party.
5. Personal Use
You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only. You may download one copy of the
information found on this site on a single computer for your personal, non-commercial
internal use only. You shall not copy, use, modify, transmit, distribute, reverse engineer,
or in anyway exploit copyrighted or proprietary materials available in this site, except
as expressly permitted by the respective owner(s) thereof. Use of any software available
for downloading from the site is governed by the terms of the applicable license agreement
accompanying or included with the software. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names
in this site are the marks of the respective owner(s), and any unauthorised use thereof is
strictly prohibited.
6. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us and our affiliates harmless from and against
any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees) arising

International reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any or all terms of use at any

8. Personal Data Protection
Any materials submitted to this site and copyright in them will become the property of
London Clubs International. This site is not a secure system and your privacy cannot be
guaranteed. You should not continue if you do not want your details to be stored on
London Clubs International's computers. Personal data provided by you will be retained
within London Clubs International. It will only be passed to third party contractors in
so far as it is necessary to deal with requests you submit or comments you provide. London
Clubs International undertakes not to provide this information to third parties for
marketing purposes unless you have otherwise stated.
